Life can be pretty amazing when you step out of your comfort zone, when you embrace a new challenge, when you accept that maybe you can make some changes that will have a really positive impact. I’m working with @ukwonderbill, who have challenged me to be #BillBrave using their app. I’ve logged all of our household bills and seeing them in one place makes them seem a lot more digestible than scrolling through my banking app or trying to highlight and calculate stuff on a paper statement. It’s really opened my eyes to how much we’re spending, and where we can make some cut backs to save money each month. When I agreed to review the app I was a bit cynical because I consider myself fairly money-wise, but with having a young family, a business, day-to-day chores and stresses, often stuff like trawling the net for a new energy supplier is too much hassle. I was pleasantly surprised to see that within the app is the option to search for better deals, and setting everything up was also a lot more straightforward than I’d feared. And yes, I actually got naked, hopped in the shower, used my current #pantenemicellar regime as dual microphones and belted out a Fleetwood Mac song like my life depended on it for this picture. The older I get the more I become addicted to constant and never ending self improvement. The team @ukwonderbill asked me what I'd do with extra time and money every month. This is relatively easy for me to answer as one sure fire way to stay creative is to make yourself learn something new. I would sign up for a course because life is constantly under construction there's always something to improve. With more time and money on my hands I might just do another candle making course or invest in a photography class and sharpen my instagram game! Time and financial freedom is something I think about a lot and we all have great abilities within us to make that happen.
